Questions guests actually ask
Can I bring a plus-one?
Because seats and meals are counted ahead of time, plus-ones are by name on your
invitation. If yours says "and guest", bring them. If it doesn't and you would like one,
message us before December and we will do our best.
Are children invited?
We love your kids. To keep the evening relaxed for everyone, we are keeping the reception
adults-only, with the exception of immediate family. Tell us if that makes it hard for you
and we will help you find childcare at the resort.
What happens if it rains?
January is one of Cebu's drier months, but showers happen. The ceremony is under the Ocean
Pavilion, and we have a covered plan for the evening if the weather turns. Either way, you
will not be standing in the rain.
Can we take photos during the ceremony?
We are having an unplugged ceremony, so please keep phones and cameras away and be fully
present with us. After the ceremony, take everything you like, and we will share the
photographers' gallery afterwards.
What shoes should I wear?
Block heels, wedges, loafers or dressy flats. The ceremony and cocktails involve grass,
and the terrace is stone and sand. Nothing that sinks.
I have dietary restrictions.
Tell us on the RSVP. The resort handles vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut allergies and
halal on request, and your meal will be marked with your name.
Do I need cash?
Not for the wedding. Cards work at the resort. A little peso cash is handy for taxis,
market shopping and tips.
Is there a gift registry?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift, especially for those flying so far. If
you wish to give something, we will add details here closer to the date.
